My wonderful grandad had dementia, along with millions of others. It is a cruel disease, and it's not only heartbreaking for the person with it, but for loved ones who see the changes and decline. I can only hope I do him proud while trying to raise money for this amazing charity who offer support for those affected.
We can hope that one day there will be a cure, and with your support it gets us one step closer.
